64th Entry: It was Feb....time to go get my daughter. My ex-wife & her lawyer double crossed me. They got an order of protection before I was suppose to get my daughter

63rd Entry: Dec. 2005 i agreed to take my daughter to TN for two months. I continued to battle my sickness.

62nd Entry: it was also thrown out, because she didnt have custody.she was told she would have to come to NC for that.

61st Entry: my heart condition was getting worse. she told the state she had full custody of my daughter, & wanted child support.

60th Entry: during a 3way call my lawyer in TN, my ex & her court appt. lawyer & myself tried to work this out. I agreed to take my daughter to TN for 2 months

59th Entry:between Aug. & Dec. Of 2005, I was constently in TN court on bogus charges. Everything kept getting thrown out. Driving 15hrs for nonsense..

58th Entry: she reported to the TN poice, that I raped her & physically & verbally abused her. So in fear of her life, she had to flee the state of NC..

57th Entry: out of the blue, I find out my heart is going bad. Now I have to juggle health, child custody & divorce issues. I continued smiling thru it all.

56th Entry: when I got home, I had mail from TN. It was a order for protection, thank God it came while i was gone. It would be six months before I saw my baby.

55th Entry: my wife called the law & said I kidnapped my own daughter. I was heading for the NC state line with my baby. It wasn't kidnapping, she was the one that left NC.

54th Entry: she eventualy took me to her. Told me now you seen her & I could leave. After riding for 15hrs that was a joke. I took my baby, & I was out.

53rd Entry: 2 months were up, and it was time to go get my daughter. My big sis & I set out for TN. When I got there, her mother had hidden her at a friends.

52nd Entry: When I tracked my daughter down, she was in TN. I told her mom, I will be there in two months to get my baby. And I WILL bring her back....

51st Entry: They put her out the shelter when they caught her telling a lie. Then she fled the state of NC, without me knowing where my 3yr old Baby was....

50th Entry: Aug. 2005....my ex-wife ran off with my daughter & stepson. She went to the Battered womens shelter claiming she was in fear for her life....
